Frustrated clients repeatedly voiced their dissatisfaction with complacent, underperforming security vendors — urging us to build something better. That trust and demand for higher standards led to the creation of Spear Security Operations, a firm committed to raising the bar in elite protection services.

Licensed in August 2022, we quickly earned a reputation for precision and dependability through close protection and special detail assignments, securing our first long-term contracts by October 31, 2022. Our foundation was built on personal referrals, specialized service requests, and strategic collaboration with original clients.

In 2025, we expanded our services and outreach into Jacksonville, Gainesville, Lake City, Tampa, Orlando, Daytona, and surrounding areas.

The name “SPEAR” reflects our operational mission — representing Special Details, Patrol Services, Executive Protection, Alarm Response, and Rapid Response Operations.

Our logo, featuring a spear point set against a Celtic shield, carries deep historical meaning. The spear point symbolizes piercing through complacent industry norms, leading from the front with proactive, decisive security solutions.
