Sean Bundy – Founder, Spear Security Operations

Sean Bundy founded Spear Security Operations after a distinguished career of service and leadership.

A 1996 graduate of Franklin College—later transferring to Indiana State University—Sean began his professional journey prior to military as a partner-owner in a construction contracting firm and a licensed Series 63 securities agent marketing private stock offerings.

In 2002, Sean enlisted in the U.S. Army, where he served with the 25th Infantry Division “Tropic Lightning” and during “The Surge,” among other deployments. While deployed in 2004, he earned a diploma in Private Investigation from the United States Academy and later completed a degree in Management in 2018.

His exemplary service earned him multiple awards and decorations, including four Army Commendation Medals, a Presidential Unit Citation (U.S. Navy), four Good Conduct Medals, the National Defense Service Medal, the Iraq Campaign Medal, and the Army Service Ribbon and more.

Throughout his military tenure, Sean completed numerous specialized training programs in tactical operations, investigations, and leadership.

Upon transitioning back to the private sector, he contracted high-profile Executive Protection and Disaster Relief Assignments for Multinational Financial Institutions, Government Officials, Fortune 500 Executives and their families, and A-List Celebrities.

Under his leadership, Spear Security Operations continues to deliver elite, mission-driven protection solutions informed by Sean’s extensive operational expertise.
