Sean Bundy – Founder, Spear Security Operations

Sean Bundy founded Spear Security Operations after a distinguished career of service and leadership.

Started 1996 at Franklin College—later transferring to Indiana State University—Sean began his professional journey prior to military as a partner-owner in a construction contracting firm and a licensed Series 63 securities agent marketing private stock offerings.

In 2002, Sean enlisted in the U.S. Army, where he served with the 25th Infantry Division “Tropic Lightning” and during “The Surge,” among other deployments. While deployed in 2004, he earned a diploma in Private Investigation from the United States Academy of Private Investigation and later completed a degree in Management in 2018.

His exemplary service earned him multiple awards and decorations, including The Combat Infantryman’s Badge, four Army Commendation Medals, a Presidential Unit Citation (U.S. Navy), two Valorous Unit Citations, The GWOT Expeditionary medal with Arrowhead (Assault) Device, an5 Iraq Campaign Medals for deployments in direct combat operations.

Throughout his military tenure, Sean completed numerous specialized training programs in tactical operations, investigations, and leadership.

Upon transitioning back to the private sector, he contracted high-profile Executive Protection and Disaster Relief Assignments for Multinational Financial Institutions, Government Officials, Fortune 500 Executives and their families, and A-List Celebrities.
